Resonator

Hello everyone ,

I m having a idea of creating an earthquake damping device .
Although I m not having any idea how to create it .
The basic concepts for it are as follows:
1. a seismic wave damping device
2. fourier concept to calculate reverse frequency.
3. a seismograph for noting initial damping scale .
4. a power generating source for high frequency generation.

I am not saying it will stop earthquake but can stop resonating phenomena of waves.

So if anyone could help me regarding please share your thoughts.
